As the Technical Writer, you will be responsible for a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of networking and IT Infrastructure, preferably with ITIL frameworks. required. The Technical Writer must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area required.
