We are currently seeking an online ad trafficker to work at a major publishing company in NYC. You will be responsible for the day-to-day loading and management of advertising campaigns for the client's websites and newsletter products.
Responsibilities:
• Load banner campaigns (Ad traffic & technology logistics) – This includes: setting up ad orders; receipt/file/test/post ad creative; working with tech team to test & troubleshoot all related technologies and client requests.
• Insertion orders and business process – Receive and check billing reports and ensure ads are running. Maintain established business processes and deadlines as required. Maintain current company ad specs and follow up on any missing creative material.
• Daily interaction – Maintain communications with sales executives, brand managers, advertising clients, editors, tech dept., ad agencies, & management re: all facets of production and fulfillment of advertising campaigns. Field ads related questions from clients/agencies/internal.
• Industry knowledge – Using internal technology teams as resources, maintain current working knowledge of electronic advertising-business trends. Participate in meetings and training sessions as requested by management. Facilitate and maintain relationship with Double-Click. Help in determining best ad serving solutions.

Experience: Requirements:
• 1-year minimum experience loading online ad campaigns.
• Working knowledge preferred of Double-Click’s Dart for Publishers, HTML, FLASH, JAVA script, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver.
• Detail oriented, customer service driven, team player.
• Strong communication skills, internet knowledge & creative business thinking.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Proficiency with multiple ad servers a plus!
