The immediate need is for what is being called Facets Business Analysts. These BAs are much more technical than the "typical" BA. Key points I am asking about in my phone screens are around Crosswalk experience, which modules within Facets (finance, provider, eligibility, billing, etc.), if they have designed and developed extracts / interfaces / letters / reports, developed and documented user requirements, experience around testing (we will use Mercury Quality Center for defect tracking) and fixes. Candidates for these 8 openings will have a configuration mix of new implementation and upgrades of Facets. They will be performing gap analysis as well.
Experience: BA, Project Managers, Programmers, Testers. All in Facets.. Must be facets.
