JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Client needs an experienced Project Leader to work on the PeopleSoft Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications. Responsibilities include: Manage Enterprise Warehouse and Ascential DataStage applications Interface with PeopleSoft Administrators and PeopleSoft Developers Analyze data problems, debug processes and tune delivered code resolve production problems Analyze business requirements for enhanced functionality Design and implementation of enhancements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline with a higher degree preferred o A clear understanding of the PeopleSoft Internet Architecture and its various components o Strong experience with Ascential DataStage or Informatica
Strong experience with EPM metadata
Strong experience with Allocation Manager and Data Mapper
Strong understanding of PeopleSoft data structures
Strong experience with PeopleTools 8.44
Strong experience with creating and modifying Application Engine programs, PeopleCode, component interfaces, SQL objects, etc
Ability to analyze source systems and transform data into required format
Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, planning and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple work streams
Experience: DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
Familiarity with SDLC concepts and practices Familiarity with the MicroStrategy ROLAP reporting tool Experience with operational data stores, data warehouses and data marts, including extract and archive routines, error processing and reprocessing, dimension architecture, data modeling and hierarchies
