To be successful in this role, you should possess at least 8 years of experience in Senior Oracle DBA roles with a strong background in 10g RAC, experience in the implementation of High Availability Solutions using RAC, Oracle InterConnect and DataGuard, practical experience in Data Replication technology like Oracle Streams and the ability to mentor client personnel. Additional skills that would be considered a plus include knowledge of Storage Management using SAN and experience in Oracle CDC (Capture Data Change).
