Experience: Candidates must have good communications skills, customer service and documentation skills.
Experience in LAN / WAN / Firewall / IDS environment with the following equipment: Cisco, Nortel, Juniper routers and switches
MacAfree and ISS IDS prefrerred, Checkpoint / Nokia Firewalls
Experience with VoIP / QoS and VPN a plus
Experience working with PBX systems is a plus.
Experience working in a large enterprise network environment
Experience working with telecom carriers on installation and provisioning is a plus.
Experience in supporting call center environment a plus.
Experience in MPLS Networks a plus
Knowledge/Experience of Linux Operating systems a plus.
