The main purpose of this position is to provide general and second level application support to end-users. This includes deskside and walkaround support, as well as informal and one-on-one training.
In this role, you will work closely with other support professionals, end users and senior management in an ongoing effort to provide vital support applications, including MS Office Suite, Windows, DOCS Open, Elite, Internet, intranet, telephone, voicemail/Unified Messaging, Blackberry, email and proprietary applications.
