CDI is currently looking for a Senior Business / Customer Support Analyst (2 positions) to join our team. Join CDI today!!

Responsibilities:
The Senior Business/Customer Support Analyst will join this team and provide leadership and business consultation in the following areas:
Provide first line Business support for system issues and problems.

Work across various business teams and technologies to define system problems and issues in the operational environment.

Establish problem management processes including Problem Log Management and reporting via a Dashboard to ensure closed loop management and reporting of problems.

Provide effective customer communication and stat using of system issues.

Provide Root Cause Analysis and ensure that customer problems are followed up with effective gap analysis and requirements definition to close system gaps.

Act as primary interface between the Business and Technologies to manage system issues.

Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and 3 years of business systems analysis experience in a Help Desk / Customer support setting.

The candidate must be highly effective in a Customer facing role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

A four year college degree is required.

This position requires the following skills:
In depth experience working with a highly complex data architecture and infrastructure.

Excellent problem solving skills (issue identification, problem structuring, analysis, development of recommendations)

Strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to interact equally effectively with Customers and with Technologies.

Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to think through all aspects of problems and generate possible courses of action.

Proven track record in driving results; ability to coordinate and prioritize concurrent activities within deadline-driven climate.

Excellent written communication skills including the ability to develop complex system documentation.

Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity and rapid change.

Additional skills are a strong plus:
Demonstrated experience using a systems development lifecycle.
Project management experience.
Training of business systems users.
