Senior C++ Developer - Full Time in PURCHASE, NY

Our client is looking for a Senior C++ Developer. Responsibilities include strong analytical, design, programming and SDLC skills.

OOA&D, C++, STL, UML, SDLC
Multi – threaded
OLE DB, ODBC, T-SQL, SQL PL or PL/SQL, ER
OLTP helpful
Design Patterns
XML, XSD, URN and URI
Knowledge of frameworks
Knowledge service-oriented architecture
Real – time distributed architecture knowledge
Financial knowledge helpful
Web experience, Java, JavaScript, C#, ASP.NET, ATLAS & AJAX experience helpful
This developer must be able to support and trouble shoot production issues
Strong organizational, presentation and written communication skills
Ability to work well with technical and business staff to achieve project objective(s)
Demonstrating initiative, integrity and mentoring
Ability to provide encouragement and contributing equally as team leader and team member
Ability to demonstrate customer service skills; providing flexibility in handling both internal and external customer related issues
Ability to acquire and stay current with business and industry knowledge and technology trends
Ability to demonstrate drive, persistence and personal ownership of assignments
Ability to work within a team environment
Ability to make decisions and demonstrate problem solving skills, analysis, prioritization and risk taking
