The Senior Business Analyst will join this team and provide leadership and business consultation in the following areas:
Work across various business teams and technologies to define new/enhanced product requirements.
Provide end to end support in the development and launch of new product capabilities.
Consult with end customers in the definition and clarification of Business requirements.
Drive on-time, high quality project deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and a minimum of 5 years of business systems analysis and testing experience.
Candidates must have a strong background in both requirements development and User Acceptance Testing and be highly effective in a customer facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
A four year college degree is required.
This position requires the following skills:
Ability to perform end to end systems development life cycle activities including requirements development, design support, and User Acceptance Testing.
Proven record in driving results; ability to coordinate and prioritize concurrent activities within deadline-driven climate.
In depth experience working with a highly complex data architecture and infrastructure.
Demonstrated experience using Method 1 and/or other systems development lifecycle methodology.
Strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to interact equally effectively with Customers and with Technologies.
Excellent problem solving skills (issue identification, problem structuring, analysis, development of recommendations)
Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to think through all aspects of problems and generate possible courses of action.
Team player with demonstrated ability in collaborating across one or more partner organizations.
Strong customer focus and management of user relationships.
Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity and rapid change.
Additional skills are a strong plus:
Project management experience.
Training of business systems users.
Someone who can work on a SW Project from Start to finish.
Requirement definition through the testing phase.
