Experience: To be considered for this role, the candidate must have a great deal of experience with Database Administration in Access. 3+ years of technical support experience involving direct client contact is needed. Experience maintaining and troubleshooting networking solutions is also required. In addition, the candidate must have excellent problem diagnosis and problem solving skills. The candidate must be well organized, achievement oriented, and proactive, and must be a team player with the ability to multi-task.
