Our client, a Financial Services company, located in downtown NYC has a full time opportunity for a Service Control Manager. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

-Proven Team Leader experience
-Service desk or Technical support group within banking industry
-SWIFT Knowledge
-Good management Skills, approximately 3 years
-Rotating Shifts, changing every two months. Must be flexible in a shift environment.
-Reports to Deputy Director
