Basic Function:Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including providing non-routine project and analytical support. This position is posted in Lending Services.Responsibilities:Provide analysis and support for Systems platforms that drive the operations of the Lending Services division.
Plan and execute Operations Systems transactions to achieve short and long term business objectives;
Ensure adherence to all current standards and provide proper documentation of all efforts. Develop metrics and suggest process improvements.
Provide systems analytical support for projects.Minimum Qualifications: - Ability to work independently and function as a member of a team.
- Detail oriented
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Excel, and WordIdeal Qualifications: - In depth knowledge of one or more systems used in Lending Services (specifically Fidelity, SHAW, AFS, DLS)
- Proven ability to muti-task and work within challenging time frames
- Experience with Microsoft Access
- Highly skilled in the use of spreadsheet, database, presentation software
