The Data Analyst must have: - excellent understanding of data modeling, data modelquality and data quality - good understanding of master data management - excellent
SQL skills - ability to reverse-engineer data models and understand/document them
- good general understanding of how applications and system interfaces are architected
- excellent communication and documentation skills - ability to work with various
application/technology groups in order to elicit the information needed Assignment
Experienced data architect with good understanding of high-level application architecture
(or experienced application architect with excellent understanding of data architecture)
required to conduct high-level analysis/survey of applications and databases, and
document results. Candidates will be required to: Document application/database
technologies used in a number of systems, by interviewing concerned personnel and
surveying existing documentation Document middleware/integration technologies used
in system interfaces, by interviewing concerned personnel and surveying existing
documentation Survey application databases that hold master data of electrical distribution
assets; conduct high-level data model quality and data quality analysis of asset
data in these source systems at the table- and attribute-level; create conceptual/logical
data model for asset master data
