The IT Administrator is responsible for the company's computer software and hardware systems, including maintenance of server. Reports directly to General Manager.
Job Description:
Purchase, maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, and computer peripherals;
Document, maintain, upgrade and/or replace hardware and software systems;
Support and maintain user account information including rights, security and system groups;
Support employee desktop issues;
Support and troubleshoot phone and network system in Valhalla
Trains staff on software programs.

Knowledge of commonly-used IT concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Primary job functions require exercising independent judgment.
