Provides tier 1-3 levels of desktop support for 1000+ users. Extensive knowledge with Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Mac OS X required. Potential candidate will have strong skills in desktop deployment automation, remote configuration and support technologies, and other critical enterprise desktop applications. Must use and be on top of innovative technologies. Position requires management of large deployment projects and candidate must possess project management skills. Should be familiar with; Microsoft Office, SMS, RDP, and VPN. Knowledge of clinical applications and server level applications a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, with 2-3 years demonstrated desktop support experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to routinely lift 50lbs. Must possess vehicle and required to support remote locations.
