The Professional Services division of this manufacturer of Infrastructure Storage Solutions is seeking Project Managers in NYC to support growth! As Project Mgr, you must be able to manage the delivery of high end complex storage solutions. Coordinate and manage resources in a customer facing environment. Work is in Manhattan. Required Skills: Professional Services project manager in the storage practice. 6+ yrs of project management experience. 10+ yrs total IT industry experience. Specific technical experience/background with large enterprise storage environments - Open Systems, Mainframe a plus... (EMC, STK, HDS etc. disk products). Must have experience managing projects where storage solutions of any type were successfully implemented. PMP is a preferred, or at least working on attaining it. ITIL a nice plus. Great Communication skills are required as 60% of your day is spent talking current project status with clients. Great C-Level exposure. This is a 12 month contract (renewable) Very good chance contract will be renewed for another 12 months or possible hire full time after the initial 12 month period. Pay rate is $110,000 to $145,000 annual salary plus 2 weeks paid time off for vacation and 2 weeks paid time off for training time. Typical work week is 48 to 50 hours per week.
