Smaller team - Startup Mentality - must be able to do what is needed. The purpose of a DBA/Analyst is to support the Staff by creating, reviewing, maintaining, and tuning database functions.
Must have solid understanding of SQL Server architecture and Database Development concepts including T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, user-defined functions and physical and logical database modeling.

Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 7 years experience in three of the following four technical disciplines...
- SQL 2000 and/or SQL 2005 coding
- Physical database design
- Logical database design
- Performance tuning
