My client is in need of a <b>Trade Floor Support/Desktop Support Candidate </b> with <b>Market Data Application </b> experience. Minimum of 3+ experience supporting technology for a trading floor environment and market data applications such as Reuters and Bloomberg. Basic understanding and support for DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP. Ability to support video conference equipment is a huge plus. Configuration and support of Blackberry devices, Administration of Domain profiles, Outlook profiles, VPN and various other applications.

<li> Primary desktop support for New York and Chicago office <br>
<li> Perform administrative tasks on the regional PC network. <br>
<li> Primary support for Microsoft windows server, citrix, softgrid. <br>
<li> Support Tandberg video conference equipment, blackberry, hp printers, wireless, PBX, trading turrets etc.<br>
<li> First line support for Bloomberg and Reuters <br>
<li> Train end users on effectively utilizing desktop hardware and software applications. <br>
<li><b> Experience working with Lotus Notes is a huge plus. </b><p>
