Organizes, coordinates and provides technical support to Global ITS customers (GSC, System Admins, DBAs, Operations, etc.) to leverage Enterprise Management (EM) Framework for Application, System and Network monitoring.
Position requires broad technical knowledge in many diverse areas(client server, database, and network).
Installs, configures and monitors management software within the environment by working closely with other Infrastructure support teams.
Implements new products or upgrades existing products for use by Global ITS customers.
Supports and assists in reviewing new technical products for integration into the EM Framework and to fill functional gaps.
Trains Global ITS customers in the use of the EM Framework toolset and communicates the benefits to these organizations.
Works with International IT Support Staff to deliver optimal monitoring solutions.
Experience: Requirements
Cursory knowledge of some current operating systems (Windows, AIX, Solaris, Linux), Databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and/or network technologies (MPLS, Frame, VOIP, T1/3). Must have the ability to work in a cross functional team-oriented environment. Relationship management and good communication skills are a must for this position.
Must be able to travel Internationally
