Prepare test strategy reports. Work with the design and operation functions to formulate the proper cost, schedule and feature tradeoffs. Develop and document test hardware and software using computer based tools. Estimate time and material requirements for New Product Introduction (NPI) including Design Verification Test (DVT) and Manufacturing Test. Assist the Test Engineering Manager in the development of expense, capital and manpower plans.BEST INDUSTRY - CommunicationsBEST DEPARTMENT - EngineeringQualificationsBachelors Degree in engineering or a related field required. This includes monitoring test yields, defects per unit, test cycle times and average troubleshoots times. Experience mentoring and providing technical leadership to Test Engineers is preferred. Experience in the development of test software using LabVIEW is very desirable.
