&#149; Five to ten years of progressively responsible work experience with legal or other professional service.<br>
&#149; Thorough knowledge of complex automated information systems management.<br>
&#149; Brocade Silkworm Fibre Channel switches.<br>
&#149; Clariion CX series SANs.<br>
&#149; McData and Cisco MDS switches.<br>
&#149; EMC Recover Point and SnapView.<br>
&#149; Familiarity with VMWare SAN integration.<br>
&#149; Active Directory.<br>
&#149; Bachelor&#146;s degree in MIS, computer science or business administration.<br>
&#149; Windows 2003 MSCE desired.<p>

Experience: The ideal candidate will be a hands on IT professional with experience managing a small IT team in a legal environment. The IT Manager will be responsible for the technical and operational support of all personal computer equipment and software packages to ensure maximum productivity, reliability and utilization of the equipment. Also responsible for the vision, leadership, planning and management for the development, acquisition, implementation and support of information technology services to further the mission of the firm.<p>

&#149; Oversee the budget and expenditures of all areas in Information Technology Services. Anticipates needs and provides cost-effective solutions.<br>
&#149; Develop long-range and annual plans which support and respond to the Firm&#146;s strategic and operational goals.<br>
&#149; Work closely with the Technology Committee to meet the strategic and operational goals of the Firm.<br>
&#149; Guides in the development of firm wide training. Develop and direct special technology projects.<br>
&#149; Evaluates, recommends and purchase appropriate hardware and software.<br>
&#149; Responsible for evaluating the performance of the IT Staff.<br>
&#149; Maintain and Design Storage Area Network Solutions.<br>
&#149; Design and Maintain Active Directory Infrastructure.<br>
&#149; Display through knowledge of TCP/IP protocol stack. Understand how to troubleshoot IP connectivity issues.<br>
&#149; Disaster Recovery.<p>
