- Planning, designing, configuring, installing, enhancing, testing, troubleshooting, integrating and monitoring various applications in the Microsoft .NET environment.
- Providing complex computer applications program support utilizing various developmental tools.
- Analyzing, designing, coding and documenting new and existing programs and ensuring the implementation of system software integration, development and enhancement.
- Implementing and performing enhancements, modifications and system upgrades for integration with various other systems developed on the Microsoft .Net Platform.
- Designing data transformation, web services and develop data interfaces with mainframe systems. Analyzes requirements and data access needs and proposes file and screen design.
- Managing, gathering, analyzing, developing, testing and troubleshooting requirements and specifications for the integration of systems developed on the Microsoft .Net platform.
- Conducting Quality Assurance test plans using established formats and templates to ensure proper reporting and adherence to current policies, procedures and best practices.

Experience: To be considered for the position, candidates must possess the following mandatory skills and experience:
- Experience maintaining, designing and developing web-base user controls and components utilizing Visual Studio.Net, SQL Server for Data Management and Active Directory for Identity Management, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, XML, HTML, VB.Net, C#.Net, Internet Security.
- Experience coding, testing and debugging new objects (programs) and generating database queries which provides student information.
- Experience with product development by contributing to all phases of the application development life cycle, including definition of requirements and specifications, analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, implementation, evaluation as well as all ongoing maintenance and enhancement.
- Experience with performance monitoring, maintenance and upgrades to existing applications utilizing the Microsoft.Net framework in a Microsoft Windows 2000 environment.
- Experience performing web-based application system design and coding, testing and debugging in .Net environment and documents software modifications and developing reports.
- Experience evaluating new technologies, standards and hardware and software products.
- Experience in systems design, analysis, applications development and implementation.
