Application Developer
Strong technical & functional skills in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management with 6+ years experience in Payroll/Benefits Administration/HR functionality as well as experience with PeopleSoft e-applications such as e-pay, talent acquisition manager, candidate gateway and e-profile.
Experience: Consultant must have very strong communication skills and must be able to mentor and/or train existing staff. Must be able to quickly grasp customizations and business processes and must be ale to communicate effectively and consult our business partners on PeopleSoft best practices and core functionality. Candidate should have experience in 8.8, 8.9 and/or 9.0 and should have experience with upgrading the HCM application. Consultant will be tasked to elevate the functional/technical PS HR expertise our current IT team via mentoring, training and providing insight into using PS HR functionality more effectively. Candidate will be working on discretionary projects, maintenance activities and production support tasks. Candidate will be expected to provide guidance on properly deploying self service modules (ex: e- Pay).
