We are currently seeking a candidate for one of our beauty clients in NYC. You will be responsible for the conception, design and execution of all packaged goods such as primary (bottles, compacts, tubes) and secondary packaging (cartons, sample cards, pouches) for the brand. Product categories include Makeup, Treatment, Trend and Asia exclusive launches.

Experience: • Conceptualize, present design proposals and execute final artwork for all Makeup, Treatment, and Trend programs.
• Manage line extensions for all existing Makeup and Treatment products.
• Participate in development sessions with internal Marketing Departments to discuss objectives and strategies of upcoming projects. Attend meetings and other relevant status meetings as necessary to present status of current projects.
• Interact with Corporate Packaging Department staff to resolve issues of function, performance, manufacture, and schedule during design development and production phases of projects.
• Responsible for liaison with Corporate Packaging Department and outside vendors to prepare cost estimates of proposed designs in order to meet cost objectives.
• Direct in-house production staff and outside consultants as needed in order to execute projects.
• Responsible for overseeing all phases of projects in order to meet deadlines.
• Travel as needed in order to oversee production.
