As a Business Systems Analyst -
Primary responsibility will be participate in
project deliverables associated with the execution of a strategic program initiative to build out
a Fixed Income Security Master. Such projects will include initiatives related to Business Process
Reengineering (BPR), database creation/enhancements, content integration, system and/or
content creation/enhancements, and other related initiatives.
You will work within a team environment to research and document requirements for the design,
development and testing of new database and data flow components and processes. You will be
responsible for playing a contributing role in managing relevant project tasks and plans to completion.

Responsible for working with existing and new Fixed Income Security Master systems, including the
analysis of data content, use and structure; workflow processes and data operations; and developing
and implementing specific requirements needed to support the integration, and/or ongoing maintenance
of such content sets.
Responsible for developing, managing and distributing project documentation, including use cases,
business requirements, functional and detailed system requirements, data quality/integrity test plans
and test result summaries, system bug reports, and project release documentation.
Responsible, in conjunction with Quality Assurance staff, for conducting quality assurance testing
throughout project development and on final project deliverables.
Responsible for interacting cross-functionally throughout all levels of the client's
organization including Content, Technology and Product groups, on collective input to requirements
definition, and on integration, distribution, QA and test case scenarios
Experience: BA or BS Degree in a business-related major or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3 years Fixed Income Markets work experience with specific experience in Securities, Corporate Actions, Analytics and Pricing content. Very strong computer-based skills. Fluent with basic office PC applications and MS Office suite. Knowledge of project scheduling software a major plus. Knowledge of relational database concepts and a familiarity with SQL, the software development life cycle and object oriented design concepts are essential Proven analytic and problem solving skills. Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills. Excellent organizational skills, discipline and attention to detail.
