The BearingPoint Communication & Content accounts team is currently searching for Management Analyst/Sr. Management Analyst.

This is an entry level general consulting position. As a member of the accounts team, s/he will be working on projects where s/he performs analysis, conducts tests and documents processes (business or system) and provides support on a variety of technical and project management oriented initiatives.
Education and Experience:
Degree in Business Administration/Management with minor in CS or MIS degree
Experience in Project Management desired
Background in Telecom industry desired
Management Analyst: 0-3 years experience
Sr. Management Analyst: 2-4 years experience
Prospective candidates should have sound written and verbal communications skills and be proficient with the Microsoft Business Suite of applications (WORD, EXCEL, ACCESS, POWERPOINT). This position may require travel up to 100%.
The top performing Management Analysts maintain high personal productivity levels and work well with others; manage time and budget involved in own work and maintain high personal utilization of 90%; demonstrate ability to understand client need and deliver products and/or services that enhance client satisfaction; understand basic steps in sales process and supports accounts team business development activities; learn and apply BearingPoint methodologies to work and build personal expertise in a technical area.
A typical engagement lifecycle begins with requirement analysis and a Management Analyst may be tasked with gathering and documenting requirements and assisting with analysis and setting priorities. Other typical tasks may involve with running a Program Management Office where the Management Analyst will be tasked with tracking project schedule, documenting deliverable progress and issues and creating status reports.
MA's are expected to assist with business development activities such as conducting client, industry or solution research, and updating account plans.
Management Analyst may have limited contact with various members of the client staff.
Management Analysts will have Engagement Managers and Performance Managers that s/he can work and communicate directly with. In addition, s/he can seek out mentors to further development his/her career at BearingPoint.
