Business Analyst
MANDATORY EXPERIENCE:
Three years business analyst experience required with a minimum of two years experience with financial systems strongly desired. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
Experience:
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
Strong hands-on experience in perform business analyst activities in areas such as identifying and prioritizing business requirements, analyzing application functions and features, mapping system functions/data elements from an existing system to a new system.
Experience in conducting a gap analysis as well as assessing re-engineering business process opportunities.
Experience creating business test scripts and test cases, as well as performing business testing.
Strong business analysis skills. Experience in understanding business needs and articulating needs that result in a business system design.
Ability to plan, manage time according to schedules, and provide status updates required.
Ability to quickly resolve issues with "out of the box" thinking.
Must be able to be self-motivated and be able to handle or mitigate problem situations.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :
Hands-on experience performing business analytical skills with complex financial management systems a strong plus.
Strong working knowledge and proven experience in all phases of business application development including business process analysis, functional design, testing, and implementation strongly desired.
Must be a self starter.
Must have excellent analytical, verbal, and written communications skills.
