The ideal candidate will be interested in computers and software as well as learning about financial markets. Along with this interest candidates must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as the position is a vital representative to clients nationwide. The Client Helpdesk Support team is committed to maintaining an excellent reputation for service. Helpdesk representatives are trained to have a thorough understanding of products and services with a working knowledge of Windows technology as well.
