Evaluate Monitoring tools, solutions and technologies Manage Vendor relationships Work with the Business to analyze and determine customer monitoring requirements Determine alert requirements to customize a management dashboard Prepare escalation and resolution procedures and documentation Create guidelines to report performance and capacity metrics Research and report on current and emerging monitoring tools and solutions
