Project Lead on MS.NET
The Lending application suites are used by the front office traders as well as operations. The technology is primarily in MS.Net (C#), VB, Sybase some Unix/Java/Perl.
Hands-on Development Project Leader role for Securities Lending applications on MS.Net platform. The scope of the Project Leader role involves leading multiple IT project teams involving medium to large group of developers through the SDLC phases.
The candidate should possess strong Securities Lending business knowledge and communication skill to interact with global user base.
The candidate should also have strong technical design and implementation knowledge.
Ability to handle stressful situations, Sensitivity to Control.
Project Planning - /MS Project, Offshore development model, Ability to build strong links between teams.
Duration : 6 months
Experience: 7-8 yrs of exp out of which 4 years in hands-on development project management in Financial Industry. Knowledge of technical design methodologies and object oriented technology, Strong system design skills. Object/Data Modelling Techniques, Exp in dealing with production support. C# (4 yrs+) Sybase (3yrs+) Distributed and Service Oriented Architecture ? NT / Unix Desirable: Securities Lending /Prime Brokerage PART III.
