Long term consulting opportunity for a high energy project manager and strategic thinker with extensive service desk and call center experience. Must have experience analyzing and improving internal and public-facing customer service processes. Will review existing communication channels, identify candidates for web- and IVR-based self service, and will execute change. Experience managing IT service desks is required. This is a 1 year consulting opportunity in NYC.Requirements: ? Corporate customer service expertise ? Managing IT Service Desks ? Analyzing call center call traffic ?
