Experienced Business/Systems Analyst to join the team of analysts working on a large-scale web-based (J2EE platform) application. Job description: Senior level Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in most of the following skills with strong skills in Object Modeling. MANDATORY SKILLS 1) Business Analysts MUST have excellent Functional Desgin Capabilities. 2) Business Analysts for this psoition would more belong to line of Systems Analysts. 3) MUST have extensive experience in using RATIONAL TOOLS such as Rational Rose, Rational Clear Case, Rational Clearquest, Rational RequisitePro or DOORS. 4) Familiarity with modeling tools such as Rational Rose or Borland Together 5) MUST have strong OOPS 6) MUST be able to different diagarams, Class Diagrams, Use Cse Diagrams, etc.. 7) The selected candidate would key person to commuciate between the requirement team and developement team. 8) MUST have excellent writtent, verbal communication skills. 9)Should have worked on large scale enterprise applications. 10) OOAD skills are a must. Should be strong in RUP and creating Use Case, Activity, Sequence, Collaboration, Data Flow Diagrams etc.. 11)Experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation 12)Outstanding communication, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills .
