Genesis10 currently has multiple IT Risk Management openings with work locations in the Financial District of NYC or in Northern/Central, NJ. These needs would be to help our client out in the development of an IT Risk Management enterprise application product development initiative. The Workgroup Leader / Project Manager will be responsible for leading an IT Risk Management workgroup for the product development and the enhancement of an enterprise-wide IT Risk Management application. This individual should have extensive IT Risk Management experience. We will have openings with start dates anytime between ASAP and October. The Business Analysts will be team members responsible for the requirements gathering, analysis, and definition as well as acting as the liaison between IT and the Business Users.
- You must be a good presenter and have the ability to develop good PowerPoint presentations
- Need to be able to communicate and present to a senior level group
- Need to be an extremely clear communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Need to be fast on your feet and very Savvy, understand boundaries and can manage a group
- Experience facilitating large groups with a broad range of people
- Need to be business focused
- Can help the organization develop their road map to determine what to implement
Experience: Skills and experience:
- Experience with Product Development
- Experience in Operational and Risk Management Systems
- Banking/Financial Services experience
- Worked with enterprise and large scale systems
- Understands SDLC
- Has skills developing standard procedures across an entire organization and enterprise
- Has experience developing functional requirements
