Experience: Individual needed with strong test planning and execution background for functional & stress (verification/validation)middleware testing. This person must have strong analysis skills and experience decomposing requirements, developing scenarios from requirements, developing procedures/scripts, defect tracking, writing reports, understanding design docs, specs, data relationships. Any automated experience would be a plus though not required.
The ideal candidate will come from a software development background in C, C++, or C# who has moved into product testing.
