EXPERIENCE / SKILLS NEEDED:

· Strong technical working knowledge and hands-on experience at medium to large corporate environments, including:
o Must be an active and interactive leader of the team members. Must communicate openly and often with the team members. Must provide clear direction, provide assistance in prioritizing duties/tasks, manage customer expectations to enable the team members to be successful in their work efforts. Must be an advocate for the team members efforts with the account and the customer. Lead projects and tasks of the team to ensure balance and excellent service delivery.
o Must develop a strong, positive working relationship with the customer groups. Must understand the needs, business drivers, and technical requirements of the customer. Must display technical prowess to establish, build, and maintain credibility with the customer. Must provide thought leadership in collecting customer requirements, and must be able to develop effective solutions.
o Leads work activities for staff that provides 2nd and 3rd level Windows problem resolution support along with project activities AD Proactive maintenance using enterprise monitoring tools
o Excellent knowledge of server hardware (IBM/HP) drivers, and protocols
o Designing and architecting technical solutions, enhancements, and proposal upgrades recommendation that focuses on virtualization, rationalization, and consolidation
o Working knowledge of ITIL methodology and ISO20000 processes and procedures.
o Demonstrate organizational abilities by established process and procedures for the majority of tasks within the department to ensure customer satisfaction.
o Experience with managing patch deployment as well as software distribution
o Conducts daily/weekly meetings and interacts regularly withstaff, and with clients if necessary to constantly identify ways to improve operations.
o Ensures adherence to department policies/procedures as well as generate requested or required reports for customers and management. Keeps apprised of developments in field of expertise to ensure currency of knowledge.
o Enforce all company policies and procedures as well as all client required business rules
· Education:
o MIS, CS or Engineering Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, CS, or Engineering and/or equivalent7 years experience; MCSE or MCSA and/or VMWARE Certification preferred
· Skills:
o Virtualization, Active Directory and Microsoft Windows 2000/2003
o Must have experience designing and architecting Citrix4.5
