Summary As a J2EE developer, you will play a key role in developing new technology initiatives for a very high-growth organization. These new initiatives will include content and contact management systems, reporting systems, and other mission-critical applications as appropriate. As a member of the dynamic and highly-motivated technology development team, you will play a key role in all aspects of the system development lifecycle. You will report directly to the VP of Technology. Duties/Responsibilities Developing scalable applications in a dynamic environment, primarily using J2EE, Struts Framework, and object-relational frameworks for deployment onto WebSphere Developing and modifying databases as needed to support application development and continually providing support for internally-developed applications Coordinating development efforts in an Agile-like, testing-centric environment Here are some projects you will be working on: Design and development of a Student Achievement Toolkit, Teacher Gradebook, and Significant Gains Tracking System.
