As a J2EE/Web 2.0 Architect and Tech Lead, you will be leading a small team of software developers as they use agile software development practices and the latest Web 2.0 and AJAX technologies to create new applications and enhance our existing web applications. You will be responsible for providing technical architecture and vision as well as leading a team of 4+ software developers throughout the entire development cycle.
