Basic Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Computer or Information Science
1 year of satisfactory work experience on an IT Help Desk/User Support environment.
Demonstrated Help Desk Agent Certification/Training
Customer Service Certification/Training
Experience with the HP Service Center software
Ability to meet ambitious deadlines and delivering high-quality work on schedule
Work closely with business customers to develop user requirements
Demonstrated leadership skills, communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
A+ certification.
MCP certification.
Provide knowledge transfer and work independently.
Desired:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer or Information Services.
