- Support several Technology and Business Analysis teams in managing their schedule from high-level timeline to detailed metrics (milestones and dependencies, workplans, time tracking, and related metrics):<br>
- Create and manage team-level resource-loaded work plans<br>
- Manage maintenance of milestones and dependencies<br>
- Support visibility to overall program and release schedules<br>
- Assist the team leads and sub-team leads in day-to-day project planning activities<br>
- Participate in other special projects in the PMO areas, particularly work planning, status and metrics, and program management. <br>
- Coordination of the program toolsets<br>
- Participate in the improvement and development of the project methodology<p>

Experience: • 3- 5 years of relevant experience<br>
• Strong communication and negotiation skills <br>
• Understanding of SAP<br>
• Experience with Status and Metrics reporting. <br>
• Direct experience managing small projects <br>
