A large financial company seeks a Jr. Java Programmer to work in their midtown Manhattan location. The position will be a 6 months + contract.
As a Jr. Programmer, you will spend 80% of your day coding in Java.
The other 20% of your time will be spent handling email retrievals. You will be trained on a system called Enterprise Vault which will help you to flag information in email boxes releasing insider information to people outside of the bank, as well other inappropriate content.
The database used will be Oracle.
Experience: At least 1-2 years in a java coding environment.
Experience using outlook
You will be using Oracle, however, it is not a required skill.
C++, PL/SQL are pluses
