Shifts available:

Wednesday - Sunday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Tuesday - Saturday: 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm

As a Technical Support Agent you will be providing technical support and customer service to their clients. You will be assisting them with technical, processing and account issues.

Your calm, professional and supportive attitude will set you apart from the rest of the pack!!! Must be articulate and well spoken.

Our client is looking for high energy people with both customer service and some kind of technical/troubleshooting background. The tech/troubleshooting background can include PC and/or software support (junior level).

We are looking for people who are flexible with scheduling, computer savvy and have a willingness to learn and think outside the box to fix problems and introduce technical solutions.
