May perform one or more of the following:
Analyzes business processes and performs needs assessments in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.
Interprets business needs and translates them into system requirements.
Writes business specifications and forwards to technical staff for system development.
Interprets systems specifications to develop, maintain and support automated business processes.
Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
Configures system settings and options, plans and executes acceptance testing, and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
All other duties as assigned.

Experience: · Review submitted changes for risk, completeness and accuracy.
· Coordinate appropriate change approvals.
· Chair the weekly change management review meetings.
· Generate and distribute key change management reports.
· Maintain change management calendar.
· Provide documentation support for the change management system.
· Monitor and measure change management violations.
· Provide training support for the change management system.
· ITSS Quality Control analyst. Deliverables include -
· Collect evidence for various IT audits.
· Coordinate audit evidence collection calendar.
· Document and enforce change installation best practices.
· Coordinate remediation to audit findings.
· Generate and distribute key audit remediation reports.
· Provide ITIL and BS20000 standardization support.
Candidate Desired Skills:
Individual must be familiar with IT problem and change management processes as well as overall ITL and BS20000 concepts. Strong analytical and communication skills are also a must. Individual must be familiar with training individuals, both in-person and remotely. Familiarity with one more of the following: Remedy, Peregrine, Tripwire as well as report writer products, is also required.
