We are recruiting for a direct hire .net development team lead/manager fro our Rochester, NY client.
This is not a senior developer position but the successful candidate will also have experience managing teams, a "hands on" team leader.
Required:
. 3+ years experience with .NET
. Project Lead experience (using project planning tool, planning and managing other development resources)
Preferred:
. TFS experience (source code control, work item tracking)
. Agile experience
