A large financial and market data company located in downtown Manhattan seeks a consultant to work the night shift as a Vendor Management Analyst. This spot is a 6 month + contract with 6 PM - 2 AM hours.
Overview: The Vendor Management Analyst is to support IBM Field Services
Engineers over the phone. This individual will be responsible for permissioning
services via SPM application. Analyst will also be acting as an SME to
troubleshoot technical authorization issues and work toward a final resolution.
Responsibilities and Duties:
. Use Server Permissioning Model (SPM), a proprietary application, to fulfill client's request
. Proactively research issues and follow-up with any necessary employees or customers to determine a final resolution
. Process requests accurately and timely in accordance with the priorities established for the day
. Promote a team-oriented environment through a demonstrated positive attitude and willingness to help others
