This Position in in Scottsdale, Arizona. There is NO RELOCATION PROVIDED.
This job requires someone that has 4 years of hands-on cost commercial construction financial and cost accounting experience. Must have experience in working with large accounting systems.
Responsibilities:
Test software and perform analysis to ensure that software products meet design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards.
.Develop and apply customized test procedures for the organization's products.
Communicate with product developers, project managers, and technical support specialists on software issues.
Resolve issues and contribute to the business unit/area development.
Manage the work efforts of individual contributors with responsibility for hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews.
Requirements:
QA experience in an ERP environment a must
Experienced with Rational automation tools
Create documented test script
Manage manual testing versus automation
Must have previous experience working for a software vendor
Work closely with project managers for work assignments
Deliver perfect releases and service packs on schedule
Prior experience working with enterprise based financial software
Execute operational plan that supports strategic plan
Manage minimum of six staff members
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Accounting knowledge is a plus
Broad knowledge of the field with strong leadership skills
Requires six or more years of experience and at least two years of leadership responsibility
