Develop formal business requirements specifications in conjunctions with end-user design sessions.
Develop technical specifications from business requirement analysis and design sessions
Design and Code Transactional Web Pages and reports as well as related SQL Procedure code to support the business and technical requirements
Design and code reusable objects and components from both a Web and Database standpoint.
Create technical design documents
Provide support for several production internet web systems.
Must be able to work within a group of technical and business users in a dynamic / team-oriented environment to meet project milestones and objectives.

Experience: BS degree required, with a concentration in Computer science and or Information Systems
Must have 3+ plus years Database / Web development experience using SQL Server or Oracle and Dot Net.
Excellent overall technical skills as wells as business consulting skills with an ability to conduct data requirements and process definition meetings with clients.
Results driven, self-motivated and able to work independently. Must have ability to learn new technologies and understand business processes from IT and business perspectives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skills Required:
High level of analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge with the following:
Relational Database concepts (entity modeling, table design; Keys, Indexes)
SQL
SQL SERVER Transact /SQL: Stored Procedures, triggers, views
(comparable skills in ORACLE, PL/SQL welcomed as well)
DTS/SSIS/ETL experience a plus
Entity relationship diagram modeling skills including normalization and (physical) dimensional database modeling skills that satisfy application, database and performance requirements.
Developing in a Microsoft .NET framework using an object oriented methodology
Coding experience in C++, Dot NET(ASP, C# ), Web Services
Web Page design (style sheets, frames etc.)
XML
Java Script, HTML
SQL SERVER reporting services a plus
Basic understanding of LAN/WAN protocols (TCP/IP; FTP)
Proficient in Windows 2000 environments as well as MS Office Tools suite
