<p>Robert Half is looking for a .NET developer. The .NET Developer will be responsible for the development of
a web based application, other related tasks and projects are assigned accordingly. Must also have the
ability to implement and develop an application as per the technical design and tasks defined by the lead
engineers. The Developer should also have a thorough understanding of life cycle of development through
production, implementation and post implementation.

<h3 style="color:#339966">Skills Required:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop .NET software applications independently based on the Software Design Specifications
(SDS) and inputs from the Lead Engineer</li>
<li>Analyze and develop solutions to highly complex problems</li>
<li>Demonstrate competency to work in all phases of applications programming</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of key business processes, requirements, and key
success factors</li>
<li>Support/Maintain current Network/Server/DB infrastructure</li>
<li>Liaise with third party development teams to ensure code integrity and shared knowledge on all
current/ upcoming projects
</li>
<li>6+ years of .NET development experience with either SQL or Oracle on the backend</li>
<li>Must be proficient with any of the following skills:</li>
<li>C#.net, VB.net, ASP.net, ADO.net, SQL, Oracle</li>
<li>Web services, XML, SOAP experience a plus</li>
<li>IT/ MS Server 2003/ Setting up Network infrastructure
<li>Ability to work both independently and as a team member in a fast paced environment</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills needed</li>
</ul>
<h3 style="color:#339966">Additional Skills Desired:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of Source control software and procedures</li>
<li>Willing to learn/adapt to new tools and technologies</li>
<li>Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed or requested to meet project deadlines</li>
<li>Must have a successful employment history with other current and past employers</li>
<li>Ability to consult with team members to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program
objectives.
