Experience: . 5-6 years experience of developing distributed Java applications required . Strong object oriented design skills (required) . Unix, Sybase (or similar RDBMS), any J2EE application suite (which includes but is not limited to technologies like JBoss, Weblogic, RMI, EJB, Servlets, HTTP, HTML/DHTML) (required) . Experience in GUI development (Swing, HTML, panels, JSP or similar) (required) . Strong analytical and excellent verbal and written communication skills; team work (required) . Experience with requirement initiation, definition, and documentation a strong preference. . Experience with order management systems a plus . Basic business knowledge of securities trading preferred
