We are seeking a senior level technologist in the DataPower (XI50) arena to support our financial services client.
The client's team is working to upgrade its technology infrastructure and has acquired DataPower XI50 to accept messages and translate them into Canonical XML messages based on their business area model. The messages processed include Trades (Buys, Sells, FX) and Cash Processing requests (Wires, Check Requests, External Account Transfers).
We are seeking a technologist with a background in developing and maintaining medium to complex mappings using the DataPower XI50 appliance who can assume responsibility for transitioning already developed code from the vendor, extend as needed, provide general product support, and develop new processes in support of additional project requirements. The selected individual will interface with the corporate support team and the vendor for resolution of issues and coordination of product upgrades as needed.
Experience: . Must have strong experience with the DataPower XI50 tool
. Experience with Contivo XSLT code generator is a plus
. Must possess good knowledge of middleware broker architectures
. Must possess good leadership, communication and mentoring skills
. Must have solid experience with Unix (Solaris 10)
. Should have at least a conceptual knowledge of SOA architectures
. Experience in the financial services industry is a major plus.
